This article reports on very recent developments and activities of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (‘the ACCC’) with potential to impact on food suppliers and producers, namely: proposed amendments to the Water Charge Rules and to the Horticultural Code of Conduct as well as 3 recent legal actions initiated by the ACCC against different private companies.
