ACCC reviewing premium claims for food and produce
ACCC Deputy Chair Mick Keogh has highlighted the importance to the ACCC of maintaining the integrity of premium claims in Australia’s agriculture sector at his speech to the International Farm Management Association Congress in Tasmania on 4 March 2019. This article addresses the regulation of premium products in Australia and discusses the proposals being considered by the ACCC.
