Standard 1.2.12 Transitional standard for dietary fibre nutrition content claims - NO LONGER IN FORCE

<p style="color:red;"><b>Ceased to have effect on 18 January 2017</font></b></p> This Standard is part of the new Food Standards code which will come into effect on 1 March 2016. Until that date, the existing Food Standards Code will still be in effect. Products which comply with the old Food Standards Code will be deemed compliant for 12 months following the change. The principal intention for the revision is to modernise the drafting of the Food Standards Code and to improve enforceability and compatibility with State based Food Acts.
