Proposal P1043 - Code Revision (2016)

Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) has assessed a proposal to make minor amendments, including the correction of typographical errors, inconsistencies and formatting issues and updating of references. On 11 November 2017, FSANZ sought submissions on draft variations and published an associated report. FSANZ received 8 submissions. FSANZ approved the draft variation on 8 February 2017. The Australia and New Zealand Ministerial Forum on Food Regulation (Forum) was notified of FSANZ’s decision on 17 February 2017.
