PrimeSafe Victorian Standard for Hygienic Production of Meat at Retail Premises
This Standard applies to all facilities retailing meat and meat products for human consumption in Victoria. This Standard has been approved by the Minister for Agriculture under provisions of section 13A(2) of the Meat Industry Act 1993 as a Code of Practice that will form part of quality assurance programs (Food Safety Plans).
