NZ Consumer Information Standards (Origin of Food) Regulations 2021

Consumer Information Standards (Origin of Food) Regulations 2021 (NZ). Regulations made under the Fair Trading Act 1986 (NZ). These regulations prescribe a consumer information standard that requires the disclosure of origin or other information about a regulated food item. They provide definitions for "regulated food item", "fresh", "minimally processed" and "cured pork", and set out when and how origin information is to be disclosed. Version as at 3 November 2021
