NSW Food Act
New South Wales Food Act 2003 Each Australian State and Territory has its own Food Act. The objectives of these Acts are to: - Ensure the safety of food sold for human consumption, - Prevent misleading conduct in the sale of food products, and - Give legal force to Food Standards Code As at 13 January 2023
