ISFR - Undeclared allergen incident and investigation protocol

Procedures for investigating and reporting on complaints of undeclared food allergens, supplementary to standard food investigation protocols. This protocol: - contains guidelines and checklists for allergen investigations at retail/food service, manufacturing and food import businesses - provides guidance to food regulators in conducting activities - establishes stakeholder expectations on the approach taken by food regulators.
