This guide provides guidance to review administrators. A review administrator is an organisation or individual that processes consumer reviews. Review administrators should be guided by the following key principles: • be equal and fair in the collection of reviews; • be alert and proactive in the moderation of reviews; and • be transparent in the publication of reviews.
