GRAS 30 Flavouring Substances List

The 30th publication by the Expert Panel of the Flavor and Extract Manufacturers Association provides an update on recent progress in the consideration of flavouring ingredients generally recognized as safe under the Food Additives Amendment. The Food Standards Code refers to Edition 30 of the GRAS list of flavouring substances in Standard 1.1.2 under the definition of a 'permitted flavouring substance'.
