Customs (Prohibited Imports) Amendment (Commercial Importation of Kava as Food) Regulations 2021

<p style="color:red;"><b>Ceased to have effect on 5 August 2022</font></b></p> The Customs (Prohibited Imports) Amendment (Commercial Importation of Kava as Food) Regulations 2021 allows the commercial importation of kava as food through a permission scheme. This is the second phase of a wider pilot program to reduce the restrictions on the importation of kava for personal use and commercial purposes. Repealed 5 August 2022
