Commerce Commission v NZ Nutritionals [2004] (New Zealand)

Following allegations by the Commerce Commission, NZ Nutritionals was found guilty of contravening section 8, 10 and 13(j) of the Fair Trading Act 1986 by engaging in conduct that was misleading or deceptive, engaging in conduct that was liable to mislead the public as to the nature and/or characteristics of the powder and tablets and in making a misleading representation concerning the place of origin of the power and tablets.
