Approval by the Secretary for the sale of products by number or linear or area measurement

Acting under the power in subregulation 4.13(5) of the National Trade Measurement Regulations 2009 (Cth) in force under the National Measurement Act 1960 (Cth), for products otherwise not covered by the provisions of the Regulations, the Secretary for the Department of Industry, Innovation and Science has approved the sale of prepackaged product(s) as detailed in the attached schedule by number or linear or area measurement.
