Application A1161 – Potassium Polyasparatate as a food additive in wine (Approval Report)
FSANZ has approved a draft variation to permit the use of potassium polyaspartate as a food additive in wine, sparkling wine and fortified wine at a maximum permitted level of 100 mg/L.
