Application A1142 - Addition of Prescribed Method of Analysis for Resistant Starch - Approval Report
FSANZ assessed an Application made by Ingredion ANZ Pty Limited (Ingredion) to amend the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code (the Code) to add a method of analysis (MoA) for resistant starch, and prepared a draft food regulatory measure. On 20 October 2017, FSANZ sought submissions on the draft variation and published an associated report. FSANZ received seven submissions, and one late comment. FSANZ approved the draft variation on 8 March 2018. The Australia and New Zealand Ministerial Forum on Food Regulation was notified of FSANZ’s decision on 14 March 2018.fibre.
