Application A1135 - Beta-Galactosidase from Bacillus licheniformis as a Processing Aid (Enzyme)
Application to permit the use of a new source of beta-galactosidase from a genetically modified strain of Bacillus licheniformis to be used as a processing aid during the production of reduced lactose or lactose free milk and dairy products. FSANZ now calls for submissions to assist consideration of the draft food regulatory measure.
