ACT Plastic Reduction Act 2021 (repealed)
The objects of this Act are to reduce: - the use of plastic in the ACT; and - the impact of plastic on the environment, including the impact of the production and post-consumption persistence of plastic; and - the impact of plastic on waste management and resource recovery systems. No longer in force.
