ACT Food Act
Australian Capital Territory Food Act 2001 Each Australian State and Territory has its own Food Act. The objectives of these Acts are to: - Ensure the safety of food sold for human consumption, - Prevent misleading conduct in the sale of food products, and - Give legal force to Food Standards Code Published 23 June 2021
