ACL Consultation on Country of Origin Labelling April 2015
National public consultation is currently being undertaken in Australia (as of April 2015) to simplify and clarify the country of origin safe harbour defences. This document outlines possible changes to country of origin safe harbour defence criteria in the Australian Consumer Law.
