ACCC Food Labelling Guide

This document was developed by the ACCC as guidance for the labelling of food products under the Trade Practices Act (now called the Australian Consumer Law). As this document pertains to old law, it has now been discontinued. However, given the significant similarities between the Trade Practices Act and the Australian Consumer Law, this document still provides useful context to the enforcement approach and legal interpretation which may be adopted by the ACCC.
