ACCC - Birds Eye's owners amend 'Made in Australia' labelling for frozen fish
ACCC media release dated 9 November 2020, detailing the ACCC's dealings with Simplot Australia Pty Ltd to amend the 'Made in Australia' mark as the ACCC's view was that the imported frozen fish could not contain the 'Made in Australia' mark as the product was not substantially transformed in Australia.
