A Guide to Labelling Food Containing Hemp Seeds in New Zealand

Guide published by the New Zealand Ministry for Primary Industries in November 2018 The guide is aimed to help importers, manufacturers, packers and wholesalers adhere to the relevant rules of the Food Standards Code, Fair Trading Act and Weights and Measure Regulations whilst labelling foods that contain hemp seeds. The guide includes an example label to help companies know what is needed on their labels as well as a check lists to ensure that all relevant requirements are met.
