27th Australian Total Diet Study

To determine the level of chemicals in food, FSANZ conducts food surveys, gathering data and estimating the dietary exposure of the Australian population to these chemicals. The Australian Total Diet Study (ATDS) is the most comprehensive analytical food survey conducted in Australia for this purpose. If needed, risk management options are considered to manage any risks identified by the ATDS. Published December 2021
