Compliance Training
The FoodLegal Education Centre (a division of our associated company Lawmedia Pty Ltd) provides regular in-house training, in Trade Practices law compliance and compliance with the Australian New Zealand Food Standards Code. We teach methodologies on how to use the Food Standards Code to analyse and find solutions to overcome problems in product formulations and marketing.
In addition, Foodlegal provides a range of other training courses and workshops in numerous areas of food laws and regulatory compliance requirements.
FoodLegal courses are tailored to meet specialist requirements. Our most popular course is in FOOD MARKETING LAW COMPLIANCE TRAINING. This course includes an in-depth exploration of Part V of the Trade Practices Act as well asnumerous food-specific court case studies and analysis of audio-visuals and advertising and food labelling samples. The course includes presentations, discussions and exercises for various claims such as in relation to "no preservatives", "no added", "natural", "organic", "100%....","pure", "premium", "fresh", "-tasting","-style", "-free", antioxidant claims, pricing claims, green claims, and many more issues.
